GOAL
Come up with a social first campaign that makes Telfar the most talked about brand by Fashion forward Gen Z / Millenials at New York Fashion Week, embodying Telfar’s “not for you, for everyone” ethos.
INSIGHT
Straight men love Telfar but rarely buy it.
IDEA
A series of irreverent shorts exploring the lengths men will go to get their hands on Telfar without feeling emasculated.
The men’s bag market has been growing almost twice as fast as women’s, with global sales of men’s luxury bags doubling between 2008 to 2013 alone, yet traditional stigmas still remain.
Carrying a handbag has come with an emasculating stigma for far too long, despite straight men appreciating the style and utility of Telfar bags. It’s time to call it out.
